Heather graduated from U.A.A. with her B.A. in Psychology in the spring of 2008 and will be working toward her Ph.D. in Clinical-Community Psychology with a rural, indigenous emphasis, starting in the fall of 2009. Her research and learning interests include: FASD, STD and HIV awareness, sexual education, and substance abuse issues in rural areas. Heather’s other interests include spending time with her family, reading, and traveling to warm-weather destinations.
